Refund Policy
We value your decision to choose Jeevan Vaidya for your wellness journey. Understanding the importance of clear financial terms, our refund policy is outlined as follows:
Payment Terms: All payments for Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation services are due at the time of booking. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request you to do so at the earliest. While fees are non-refundable, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your session to a more convenient time.
No-Show Policy: Missed appointments without prior notification are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. We encourage timely communication for any changes to your scheduled sessions.
Package Cancellation: Once a package (4-hour or 7-hour Ayurveda package) is purchased, cancellation of the package as a whole is not eligible for a refund. However, individual sessions within the package can be rescheduled as per our cancellation policy.
Session Adjustment: If a session runs over the allotted time, the additional time is deducted from the total hours in the package. There are no refunds for unused time in a session.
Refunds for Exceptional Circumstances: We reserve the right to offer refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. This may include severe medical issues or other significant life events that prevent you from attending the scheduled sessions.
Refund Processing: In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
Feedback and Disputes: We highly value your feedback. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We strive to resolve any disputes amicably and efficiently.
